The ultra modern production floor is equipped with the latest inventions on computerized saw and cutting machines, computerized edge banding machines, sheet metal machines, welding shop, computerized multi boring machines, powder coating plant, shaping and planning equipments, drilling, milling, bending & injection moulding machines.
After Sales Process
We appreciate the time & effort you might have invested into selecting your office furniture products. We assure you with firm conviction that the products & service shall come up to your expectations.
We have a series of customer service initiatives to enhance your experience of using our products. The products supplied to you come with a warranty of One year from the date of supply against any manufacturing defect. Our Customer service executives will be carrying out “free of cost” services on Quarterly / Six monthly / Yearly basis within the warranty period.
We also conduct “service camps” on regular intervals where our service team visits the client’s premises with due intimation and carries out “Free Maintenance service”. The parts replacement (if any) during the service camps are on chargeable basis but the fixing & delivery charges will be done free of cost
The product life cycle is enhanced by following simple preventive maintenance schedule.
